Our range of Porcini mushrooms, a precious ingredient to your culinary creations, are selected with passion and knowledge on-site by our expert mycologists. They are cleaned, graded and then frozen within just a few hours of being harvested to maintain the original aroma and taste.
Instructions: No need to thaw. Quickly rinse mushrooms and them place in a frying pan with some butter and oil. Salt and pepper to taste, simmer over a medium flame for approximately 20 minutes or as needed. Add chopped fresh garlic and parsley to bring out full flavor. Use as a base for risotto and pasta dishes or as a gourmet side dish to main course.
